What makes the HS Premium system special?
The HS Premium is a hydroponic system designed to offer maximum durability and efficiency in the production of vegetables, fruits, and other high-value crops. Its main features include:
- Top-quality gutter: Its structure prevents deformation and prolongs its lifespan compared to other materials such as plastic.
- Reinforcement with the Spacer system: Elevates the substrate bags to avoid direct contact with the gutter, reducing moisture buildup and preventing root diseases.
- White gutters for better lighting: In this project in Thailand, white gutters were chosen, which reflect light inside the greenhouse and allow for optimal distribution throughout the plant, including the sides and base. This improves photosynthesis and stimulates more uniform growth.
- Drainage collection and reuse: Designed to capture and redirect leachate, allowing for its disinfection and subsequent use, with a positive impact on water and fertilizer savings.

- Mexico: Major tomato producers, who export to the USA and Canada, use the Premium system to prevent disease. These growers claim that “the root does not protrude from the bag, so it does not block drainage flow or expose it to the outside, which poses a high risk of pathogen attack.”
- Portugal: One of the most important agricultural companies has adopted this system for greenhouse cultivation, achieving root-free production and reducing water consumption.
- Italy: Vegetable growing companies have found in HS Premium a durable and adaptable solution for their greenhouses, improving irrigation management and optimizing growing space.
